1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Doodraw, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the application.

2. Use of the App

Doodraw is a creative drawing application that allows users to create animated doodles and export them as images or animations. You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

3. User Content

All drawings and content created using Doodraw are stored locally on the user's device. Users are responsible for the content they create and export using the app. Doodraw does not store, monitor, or control user-created content.

4. Subscriptions

Doodraw may offer optional paid subscriptions ("Doodraw Pro") that provide access to additional features. Subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Payment will be charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Users can manage or cancel their subscription through their App Store or Google Play account settings. Refunds are handled by the respective platform according to their policies.

5. Intellectual Property

The Doodraw application, including its design, features, and branding, is owned by Doodraw and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the application without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Doodraw is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Doodraw shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the application. Any liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the user for the subscription, if applicable.

7. Changes to These Terms

These Terms of Use may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the application after changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of France.
