Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading or using Doodraw, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the application. If you are a minor, you confirm that you have the permission of a parent or legal guardian.

2. The app and your license

Doodraw is a creative drawing application that lets you create animated drawings and export them as images or animations. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on devices you own or control, in accordance with these Terms and the applicable app store rules.

3. Your content — you own your art

Everything you create with Doodraw belongs to you. We claim no rights over your drawings, animations, or exports. You are free to use them for any purpose, including commercial use, with no attribution required.

Your creations are stored locally on your device. We do not upload, access, monitor, or store them on our servers, and we never use your creations to train artificial intelligence models.

You are solely responsible for the content you create and share, and you agree not to use the app to create content that is unlawful.

4. Free version, subscriptions, and lifetime purchase

Doodraw is free to download and use. Optional paid offers ("Doodraw Pro") unlock additional features:

Auto-renewing subscriptions (monthly or yearly). Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your store account settings. If you cancel, access remains active until the end of the current billing period.

Lifetime purchase. A one-time purchase that unlocks Doodraw Pro features permanently, with no recurring charges. The purchase is tied to your Apple or Google account and can be restored on your other devices using the "Restore purchases" option in the app.

Prices are displayed in the app and in the store at the time of purchase and may change over time; changes never affect periods already paid or a lifetime purchase already made. Payments and refunds are processed by Apple or Google in accordance with their policies — we do not process payments ourselves.

5. Intellectual property

The Doodraw application — including its design, brushes, features, code, and branding — is owned by Alexis Chân Gridel (Écrin Digital) and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer any part of the application, except as permitted by law. For clarity: artwork you create using Doodraw's brushes and tools is entirely yours (see section 3).

6. Warranty and liability

Doodraw is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the application, and our total liability shall be limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights that consumers have under mandatory provisions of applicable law, including French consumer law.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your license if you materially breach these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time; sections 3, 5, and 6 survive termination.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date, and continued use of the app after changes take effect indicates acceptance.

9. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. If you are a consumer in France, you may use a consumer mediation service free of charge for any unresolved dispute: [MEDIATOR NAME AND WEBSITE].
